Located in the historical and business center of Florence, Wells Study Abroad students attend classes at Lorenzo de’Medici, the leading private international school in Florence.
Occupying ten (10) buildings in the heart of Florence (all within a few minutes from each other), the main building on Via Faenza dates back to the 13th century. Originally a convent, over the years it has been renovated to become one of Italy's most enriching and well-established places to study abroad.
This distinctive institute includes offices, classrooms, facilities for cooking and wine tasting courses, and a cafe-cafeteria. The office of the Wells College Florence Program resident staff is located in the main building.

“I much more aware of the differences between cultures now and I want to experience more. I feel like a much more independent and open minded person about the world.” —B.G., Wells College
